Device Characterisation

Cambridge iGEM Team 2009

This device was tested for varying concentrations of arabinose, with 9 repeats. The maximum normalised GFP rate was compared to that produced by the standard promoter device, J69591.

Characteristic Value
Increase in Transcription Rate 0.50 RPU
Basal Transcription Rate 0.03 RPU
Half Maximal Induction 4.00 μM Arabinose
Hill Coefficient 2.4
